Bronze Greyhound on Faux Burl Base

A striking vintage bronze dog sculpture with a wonderfully sculptural presence and elegant, elongated form. The seated dog is beautifully rendered with expressive detailing throughout the face, body, and coat, finished in a rich, dark bronze patina.

The sculpture is mounted on a substantial faux burl wood plinth, whose warm amber tones and naturally figured grain provide a beautiful contrast to the dark bronze. A black stepped base completes the piece, giving it a refined, collected look.

Perfect for a library, study, entryway, or curated shelf display, this is a distinctive decorative object for the collector of antique and vintage animal sculptures.
