Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us at support@collectedbyco.com prior to completing your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I take great care to package your pieces well, but if an item were to arrive broken, please be sure to take pictures of the labels, the item(s), and all sides of the packaging. It's recommended to hang on to the materials until the issue is resolved with the shipping carrier. USPS and UPS require that the parcel receiver file the damage claim.
