Hi! I'm Nicole.
I'm so happy you're here. After dreaming of this shop for years, I finally made the leap to open Collected by Co in 2021. I started by selling vintage finds on Instagram, but I'm thrilled to welcome you to my website. Take a look around, and please reach out with inquiries. You'll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions below, as well as details on how to shop my booth at a local antique mall.
Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based? Can I do local pick up?
Orders are shipped from Fort Wayne, IN.
Live nearby? Use code LOCALS at checkout for local pick up! I'll reach out to you to set up a day and time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! A payment plan is available through Shop Pay for orders $35+. Depending on your total, payments will be broken down into 2 or 4 biweekly payments.
Can I shop in person?
While I don't have a physical storefront of my own, I do have a booth at a local antique mall.
Stop by Booth 114 (along the back wall) of The Rink to shop a more eclectic range of vintage and antique home goods.
Read more about The Rink below.
When will my order ship?
Please allow two weeks for your items to ship. You'll receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email and can use that for updates. If order demand is high, it may take a little longer for your order to be on its way.
Feel free to reach out if you need an order sooner.
My items are pretty. Why isn't the packaging?
As tempted as I am to make packages as attractive as possible, using recycled materials helps to keep costs down for us both. Also, the longer I've been in this business, the more I've come to care about the environment and sustainability. I'm happy that my packaging can play a small role in helping that issue.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
If problem arises with your order, please reach out through the contact button below, email, or Instagram.
I take great care to package your pieces well, but if an item were to arrive broken, you'll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please be sure to take pictures of the labels, the item(s), and all sides of the packaging. It's recommended to hang on to the item and the shipping materials until the issue is resolved with the postal service.
Can I turn one of your vessels into a candle?
Yes! I can test if a vessel is able to be candled and can give you the number of ounces of wax it can hold. Once purchased, I can ship it to your favorite candle-maker.
I have worked with Jess at @salvagebohemia in the past, and I highly recommend her.
Search "candle vessel" on the site to see items I know will make great candles.

The Booth
My booth is located at The Rink Antiques and Vintage. New to the area, the mall was developed out of a former roller dome and was rated first place in the 2024's Readers' Choice for Best Antique Mall.
You'll find my booth (#114) along the back wall.
